The Requirements & Services team within Raytheon’s Supplier Assurance organization has an opportunity for a manager/supervisor to lead a team of STAMP Specialists. “STAMP” is a specialized method/tool within the Windchill Product Data Management (PDM) system for bundling product technical data packages (TDPs) to enable procurement. STAMP Specialists generate ‘bundled TDPs’ using the STAMP tool/method which includes fetching the released TDP and vetting the content to ensure readiness for use in procurement. The resulting STAMP packages play a vital role in the procurement process for all Raytheon programs, as they ensure that complete and accurate product configuration definition is provided to suppliers, which is essential for the delivery of compliant product.

This position is a remote role and travel is not typically required; some potential of 1-2 trips/year.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as direct supervisor for a team of STAMP (TDP bundling) specialists
- Manage team workload assignments and align to business priorities
- Lead the team to deliver ‘good (compliant) STAMPs on time’ in support of business procurement needs
- Support the team in resolving operational issues that arise while staying focused on the business objective
- Assist others with reading, navigating, and/or interpreting engineering drawings
- Drive collaboration with other STAMP teams for aligned best practices, knowledge sharing and consistent execution
- Drive continuous improvements within STAMP/team domain and support organizational continuous improvement efforts
- As a leader, foster strong collaboration, teamwork and internal customer service
- Track and report team performance metrics
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant engineering experience
- Relevant experience is working in manufacturing engineering or hardware design engineering
- Experience as a team lead or supervisor
- Past work with PTC Windchill
- Product configuration management (revision control and/or change incorporation)
- Experience reading, navigating, and/or interpreting engineering drawings
- Experience with typical hardware product documentation types (part and assembly drawings, parts lists, schematics, specifications, source control drawings, etc.)

Qualifications We Prefer:
- STAMP creation experience
- Familiar with current TDP and Configuration Management-related protocols
- Experience in team leadership/management of direct-report employees
- Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in current TDP and Configuration Management-related protocols
- Familiar with product structuring, linkage within PDM Windchill
- Familiar with 3D model types such as Creo, STP, IGS
- Familiar with CCA TDP construct, drawings and models and PWB artwork
- Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, purchase orders, requisitions, Mfg Bill of Materials (MBOM), material masters, purchase requisitions.

Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
