We will entrust you toLead airBaltic mobile app projects to improve customer experience and drive business growth
Manage the full project lifecycle, from gathering business requirements to successful implementation, including project planning, progress tracking, risk management, performance testing, and documentation
Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, e-commerce, IT and other business units, as well as external partners
Develop and execute promotional activities to increase mobile app adoption and user engagement
Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and introduce innovative solutions to align the airBaltic mobile app with passenger needs
What you will need to succeedAt least 3 years of experience in spaneting, e-commerce or IT projects management involving mobile app development and promotion
University degree in spaneting, e-commerce, project management or business administration
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in customer UI/UX
Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with UI/UX designers, IT analysts, developers, external agencies and tech companies
Analytical mindset with attention to detail, ability to assess, summarize and present information effectively, make data-driven decisions, and set clear priorities
Excellent English language skills
Experience working with Atlassian JIRA and similar management systems
