The Passenger Services Duty Manager oversees daily operations to ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining compliance with airline policies and TSA regulations. This role involves equipping staff with the necessary tools, managing staffing, and administering corrective actions. Acting as a liaison between supervisors and upper management, the Duty Manager ensures operational efficiency, security compliance, and adherence to audit requirements.
