To execute dTS planning at DWC for all equipment types, integrating maintenance and inventory operations. Ensures alignment with maintenance protocols and operational goals to boost equipment performance.
In this role you will:
- Implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules with timely plan releases, workload balancing, and daily material reporting to support seamless resource allocation across all maintenance teams.
- Act as the central communicator between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring service coordination and contractor alignment with scheduled maintenance obligations.
- Review serviceability updates and aligns job planning with operational needs, minimising disruptions, and ensuring that MMS reflects real-time operational conditions. Maintain up-to-date equipment manuals accessible across sections, supporting current and future units for all customers with accurate, version-controlled documentation.
- Manage DWC store operations to optimise spare part purchases and storage, supervises staff performance, and ensures compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate DWC material requests with planners and warranty cases with the relevant team, ensuring timely execution and process efficiency throughout assigned sections.
- Manage planning activities to ensure accurate work orders, proper documentation, and maintenance execution aligned with dTS central planning guidelines within the Maintenance Management System (MMS) platform.
QualificationTo be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent)
- Vocational or Diploma in automotive, electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
- 4 Years experience within a large maintenance organization, ideally with maintenance planning and scheduling exposure
- Proven experience in logistics planning, preferably in the aviation or technical services Industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to equipment load tests, calibrations, and security pass management.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and compliance.
- Proficient Computer Literacy.
- U.A.E Driving Licence preferred.
