Key Responsibilities:
- Product Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute acomprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives andmarket opportunities. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for the productportfolio and ensure alignment with broader company strategies.
- Product Roadmap Management: Lead the development andmanagement of product roadmaps for the entire portfolio, outlining keyinitiatives, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time. Prioritizeinitiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closelywith cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering,design, marketing, and sales, to drive portfolio initiatives forward.Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successfulproduct launches and adoption.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customerneeds, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for productexpansion or innovation within the portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners,and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact forportfolio-related matters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor keyperformance metrics for the product portfolio, including revenue, market share,and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify areas forimprovement and drive continuous optimization.
- Innovation and Future Planning: Drive innovationwithin the product portfolio by identifying new market opportunities, emergingtechnologies, and customer needs. Work closely with R&D and innovationteams to develop and test new product concepts.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 6 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
- Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
