Product Manager job in Edmonton, Alberta is available with Moseley Technical Services Top SaaS company. In this job you will be a strategic, execution-oriented Product Manager playing a critical role in translating customer needs and spanet opportunities into business results, aligning product initiatives with company growth objectives by defining and delivering a compelling roadmap, guiding cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases. You will work with a team of Product Owners, Designers, and other collaborators to drive innovation, execution, and measurable business impacts!
Responsibilities:
Define and Execute a Strategic Product Roadmap
- Own the creation and execution of a 12–18-month product roadmap aligned to strategic business goals.
- Conduct deep spanet research and customer analysis in collaboration with the Group Product Manager to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Synthesize input from stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap priorities.
- Facilitate roadmap alignment sessions with executives and cross-functional teams to secure organizational buy-in and stakeholder commitment.
Deliver High-Quality Product Releases
- Create business facing one pagers driving epic creation and stakeholder signoff.
- Translate roadmap features into actionable epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure tight integration, clear launch criteria, and go/no-go decisions.
- Implement structured QA, user acceptance testing, & release protocols.
- Oversee launch readiness by aligning support, training, implementation, and spaneting for smooth customer adoption.
- Champion process improvement through regular audits and the application of AI, automation, and low-code tools.
- Manage and communicate product delivery status for the business.
- Provide final approval of product design and production product readiness.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment and Business Impact
- Implement robust communication strategies, including shared roadmaps, release updates, and customer insight dissemination.
- Participate and gather customer feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Support (including monthly stakeholder meetings, QBRs etc.).
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, collateral, and go-to-spanet strategies.
- Define and track cross-functional KPIs to drive alignment, measure success, and accelerate business growth.
Champion Innovation and Product Differentiation
- Participate in the development of a cohesive and innovative roadmap that supports growth through both organic initiatives and acquisitions.
- Apply strong business and financial acumen to assess product investments based on revenue potential, customer impact, and operational feasibility.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and resilience across the product team.
Champion the Agile Process
- Support, participate and champion the agile process (planning, standups, retrospectives etc.)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management leadership experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with telematics, fleet management, logistics, or transportation technology.
- Proven experience scaling hardware-integrated SaaS products with a focus on compliance, safety, or fleet optimization.
- Deep understanding of the PDLC, with the ability to prioritize work based on customer value, risk, and ROI.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of Product Owners/Designers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective across functions and levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficient in Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira.
- Familiarity with Hours of Service (HOS), Electronic Logging Devices (ELD), vehicle diagnostics, or driver performance analytics is highly desirable.
