Position Summary
Performs a variety of operations to assemble precision electro-pneumatic products or subassemblies where methods and sequence of assembly are clearly written and described. Strives to achieve 100 on time shipments to customers.
Responsibilities
1. *Build and test pumps using various common hand tools and power assisted assembly tools.2. *Follow all manufacturing procedures pertaining to 3P manufacturing and standard work.3. *Troubleshoot and rework pumps as needed.4. Uses precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specified tolerances5. *Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment.6. *Must interpret bills of materials and drawing in order to properly assemble various products.7. Participate in overtime as required to meet customer demands.8. Performs all subassembly operations as directed by Supervisor9. Consistently maintain product flow.10. Participate in mandatory stretch breaks.11. Ability to consistently meet quality standards12. Share input in weekly PDCA meetings13. Consistently meets absenteeism/tardiness performance standards14. Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times15. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
16. Troubleshoot and when possible make necessary minor equipment repairs to continue production.17. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
