Draken is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to support Draken operations at Holloman AFB, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Management of the flight maintenance operation, in the areas of employee safety and productivity.  
• Administers aircraft maintenance programs; directs aircraft maintenance production, staff activity and related maintenance program. 
• Responds to and resolves employee’s concerns
• Manages documentation accuracy
• Manages adherence to technical data, policy, procedures and safe maintenance practices. 
• Develops, coordinates, and executes flying and maintenance schedules
• Manages aircraft configuration; daily aircraft servicing, weapons loading, launch, recovery, and repair; periodic aircraft maintenance inspections; and flight line safety and foreign object damage (FOD) prevention and dropped object programs (DOP). 
• Manages production timelines to meet mission requirements
• Analyzes aircraft maintenance indicators to identify trends and initiates corrective actions. 
• Directs maintenance activities that could include aircraft propulsion, egress, fuel systems, electro-environmental, avionics systems, aerospace ground equipment, structural repair, phase, corrosion control, machine, welding, inspection, aero-repair, aircraft recovery, non-destructive inspection, munitions, and weapons and armament. 
• Formulates maintenance plans and policies to meet unit tasking. 
• Assesses unit maintenance capability in support of training related operational plans

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must speak, read, write and understand English
• Must obtain/maintain US secret security clearance
• Must meet ITAR Compliance Requirements
• Must be able to work day shift, night shift, weekend shifts and/or travel as part of a team

Preferred

• Previous Production Supervision experience
• FAA-Certified Airframe or Powerplant Mechanic preferred

• Work performed in hangar or on flight line
• Must have the ability to stand for frequent periods of time and must be able to perform tasks that require manual dexterity, frequent climbing, crawling, kneeling, stooping, bending, pulling, lifting, pushing and other related activities.  Work environment is exposed to outdoors, may experience extreme weather conditions
• Must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment: safety toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and other items as assigned.
