Description:You will be a Program Management Sr Mgr for the Air Dominance team, a classified and high-priority program with a focus on affordability and cost reduction. Our team is responsible for driving down costs and minimizing profit write-off, working closely with senior leadership and corporate stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Program Management Sr Mgr, you will lead a dedicated, cross-functional team to achieve program objectives, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure quality, technical, schedule, and cost performance. You will work closely with senior leadership, presenting program updates and engaging in strategic discussions.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
• Establishing and maintaining strong internal leadership relationships
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with subcontract management and suppliers
• Identifying and mitigating risks, using strong problem-solving skills
• Translating strategy into action, with a focus on affordability and cost reduction
• Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
• Managing multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel, with a strong ability to prioritize and focus

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
