In this role, you will drive the execution of Customer Experience Business Intelligence (CX BI) across a key portfolio, blending strategic thinking, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to influence decisions at the highest level. Role and responsibilities:

  • Represent the CX BI team in stakeholder meetings and ensure timely delivery of portfolio objectives as directed by EDA leadership.
  • Cascade data tools, methods, and insights across business units to drive efficiency and accountability.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and unlock new revenue.
  • Deliver CX insights and analysis to optimize operations and identify growth opportunities across touchpoints.
  • Ensure a single source of truth by improving customer data reliability and applying robust governance practices.
  • Share regular reports on customer satisfaction, emerging trends, and potential risks to guide decision-making.
  • Maintain the credibility and accuracy of BI tools and dashboards to support fast, data-informed decisions

Qualifications

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
  • Strong understanding of CX BI, KPIs, and customer touchpoints, with the ability to translate complex issues and customer data into impactful dashboards and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven data analytics and business intelligence background, with demonstrated experience in customer experience insights and commercial BI.
  • Ability to design dashboards and tools tailored to different customer-facing functions (Cabin Crew, Ground Services, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability to resolve complex issues using data-driven approaches.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence across multiple teams including cross-functional and dotted reporting lines (e.g., into CX or EDA leadership).
  • Demonstrated experience in customer experience BI or related domains with exposure to front-line operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid research and analytics foundation with the ability to uncover insights from large and varied datasets.
