Responsibilities:
Develop and verify test methods, including procedures, instrumentation, and configuration definitions aligned with test plans
Design and implement test hardware, software, and systems to meet requirements and reduce risk
Analyze, process, and format test data in accordance with customer specifications
Review and validate test data accuracy, including off-nominal results, prior to delivery
Prepare and publish test reports and present results to internal stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive data archives and documentation
Contribute to calibration system solutions with limited scope and impact
Provide training and mentorship to peers and junior staff
Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and parts management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time completion of drawings, deliverables, and work sequencing
Implement project management controls, including risk and cost management strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field(Typically requires 10+ years of related experience, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree)
Experience with test method development and test systems design
Familiarity with data analysis tools for test verification and formatting
Strong experience in project scheduling, milestone tracking, and parts logistics
Knowledge of project management best practices, including risk and cost controls
Ability to facilitate technical discussions, drive timelines, and collaborate across disciplines
