We’re hiring an EHS Project Manager to lead critical facility integration and capital projects inside an ITAR-regulated Aerospace manufacturing environment. This is not a back-office EHS role, it’s hands-on, high-visibility, and central to how work gets done.

What You’ll OwnYou’ll sit at the intersection of project execution, contractor performance, and EHS compliance—ensuring all three move in sync.
Lead facility and integration projects from planning through closeout (scope, schedule, budget)
Own safety execution on-site, ensuring compliance with OSHA, environmental, and internal standards
Drive contractor performance—holding teams accountable to safety, quality, and delivery expectations
Coordinate across engineering, operations, and field teams to keep projects aligned and moving
Manage permitting, audits, and documentation in a highly regulated aerospace environment
Identify and mitigate risk early—before it impacts people, timelines, or production

What You BringExperience managing facility, construction, or capital projects
Strong grounding in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) practices
Working knowledge of OSHA, permitting, and contractor safety
Ability to lead in environments where priorities shift and stakes stay high
Clear communication and the confidence to hold teams accountable
Where You May Stand OutAerospace, manufacturing, or industrial facility experience
On-site construction safety or field EHS leadership
Familiarity with Factory Mutual (FM) standards
Experience managing contractors and engineering coordination at scale

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
