Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards and customer requirements.
Perform regular audits of aircraft painting processes and address non-conformance issues with corrective actions.
Oversee quality control, liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies, and maintain accurate compliance records.
Drive health and safety initiatives, perform risk assessments, and develop policies to maintain a strong safety culture.
Train team members, analyze data for continuous improvement, and develop KPIs to measure quality outcomes.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in quality, safety, or compliance within aviation, MRO, aircraft maintenance, painting, manufacturing, or technical production.
Comfortable working in a hangar environment and interacting with production teams.
Familiarity with audits, inspections, and handling non-conformance issues.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001/EN 9100, aviation compliance standards, and basic H&S risk assessments.
Proficiency in MS Office, strong English communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed.
Education:
Degree in Quality, Engineering, Aviation, or related field is welcome but not mandatory.
Experience or certifications can compensate for formal education.
