Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Field findings
- Owner root cause identification corrective actions reducing COPQ ( Cost of Poor Quality) within US FSR activities
- Provide direction and insight as focal for US FSR quality activities
- Interact with QA Leadership, Central team, & Field teams.
- Define Quality Control & Inspection plans for US Field Services
- Maintain a compliant work environment for Dowty USA FSRs.
- Sustain Quality records and stamp control.
- Deliver human factors training
- Coordinate with engineering on quality matters.
- Well versed in the latest Dowty Maintenance manuals and Process specifications.
- Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience) + 2 years experience in Quality Management.
- Be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
