Leads the system design requirements for the Supply Chain Sourcing Workstream function within SAP through the creation of standard process and related training requirements to ensure consistency in SAP deployments across the enterprise. This role will own the creation, management, revision control, and training documentation for all Supply Chain Sourcing Business Process Design.
This position does not have direct reports.

Leads Supply Chain Sourcing Workstream technical team in the development of standard sourcing & procurement processes.
Utilizes experience, user validation and testing to ensure all processes meet operational requirements.
Manage INC’s (incidents/bug fixes) to ensure they are properly actioned and closed in a reasonable timeframe.
o Review to identify root cause and lead development of change request as required.
Manage RITM (change request) process to ensure configuration meets the desired solution of the business process across the Enterprise.
o Create Key Design Decisions for approval.
o Establish tech support priorities and schedule accordingly.
o Ensure all testing meets design requirements.
o Owns the proper documentation, revision control and communication/training of changes that impact the user base.
Manage all Sourcing & Procurement Business Process Documents including revision control.
Lead all Sourcing & Procurement training requirements for deployments and ensure adequate training materials are available for new users at existing deployments.
Co-Lead Sourcing & Procurement Business Process HPT and facilitate virtual and in-person workshops.
Plays a key role in the supply chain sourcing & procurement assessment and back-office processes such as demand planning, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, and warehousing in cooperation with the corporate IT function.
Responsible for adhering to the SAP ERP strategy, has a firm grasp of SAP functionality and is fluent in parallel systems throughout the project.
The ability to influence peers and Executives across organizational lines to act on any global strategic initiatives or process changes in support of implementation efficiencies.
Plan and design the strategic systems and processes necessary to achieve Parker Win strategy objectives, global dashboards, and reporting tools.
Actively engage and communicate with all regional supply chain managers and key leaders, so that they can pro-actively respond to changing business requirements and environments, managing the change projects to successful completion in this environment on time and budget.
Identify additional improvement opportunities in supply chain and lead the development, presentation, and successful adoption of the business case.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum four year technical or business degree
5+ or more Years experience within operations / supply chain disciplines working in an ERP, 10 or more years preferred
SAP Implementation Experience a Plus
Supply Chain best practices or lean and supply chain re-engineering experience preferred
Strong change management and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present and explain technical information to various audiences.
2+ years of experience leading cross functional project team preferred
Ability to travel up to 25 of the time.
