What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience
· 5+ years of experience in design, development, documenting, testing, and debugging of new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
· Extensive experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager.
Strong Proficient in developing and implementing decision models, rule sets, and decision tables.
· Familiarity with event-driven processing and complex event handling.
Strong knowledge of business rule modeling and development using ODM.
· Experience with system integration and API usage.
· Develop and implement decision logic using IBM Operational Decision Management (ODM) platform to automate business rules and decision-making processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and document business rules and requirements.
· Design, model, and simulate decision models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in different scenarios.
· Configure and customize decision tables, decision trees, and rule flows within the ODM platform.
· Experience with Decision center.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with DevOps such as setting up CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
· Strong object-oriented design skills and the ability to analyze requirements and transform into scalable software designs using patterns and standard processes.
· Experience working as Technical Lead and have good architectural skills.
· Technologies, and RESTful web services, Microservices, Messaging Architectures and RDBMS
· Performance tuning experience is desirable.
· Experience with TeamCity and/or Harness is preferred.
· Proficiency with Git, Github, etc.
· Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication
· Integrity and Trust - Involves being widely trusted, being seen as a direct, truthful individual, can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
