About YOU:
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders to support culture and shared mindset activities, implement workforce strategies and diagnoses, and solve workforce issues. You will measure employee morale and engagement and implement efforts to improve the employee experience. You will advise and counsel on situational issues, performance and discipline, and employee relations efforts as appropriate. You will assist in the development of and execute HR strategy, partnership, processes, procedures, initiatives, and best practices. You will help facilitate employee onboarding and assist with orientation as needed to create an excellent employee experience lifecycle.

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field (essential requirement)
- 3 or more years of experience in relevant work (essential requirement)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (essential requirement)
- Master’s degree preferred in HR, Business or related field (essential requirement)
