B2B Sales Support: Develop and own the strategy for the modernizing B2B sales support team and building an inside sales unit.
Process Management: Collaborate with multiple sales leaders and support in designing/ refining and building sales processes.
Change management: Understand, evaluate, and develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives. Identify risks and planning mitigation plans. Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
B2B Communications SPOC: Be a point of contact for entire sales organisation for any matters related with sales processes, B2B policies or communications.
Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to, and on behalf of Global Sales in the form of a “single source of truth” playbook that drives sales action
Drive innovation by supporting systems/tools/data teams with input on reporting requirements, reference data, and the development of sales tools & technologies
