PURPOSEManages and develops appropriate standards policies and processes for end-to-end life cycle management of one or more infrastructure services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manages a global team (of 8 people) and activities relating to business engagement and shared airport infrastructure capacity management for SITA.
- The role plays a key part in helping to define the strategy for a team that is responsible for shared, core and security infrastructure deployment. Infrastructure serves as the backbone for SITA products and solutions: we ensure that scalable, cost optimised, and secure infrastructure is in place to support them.
- The ability to communicate and to engage our stakeholders across the organisation is a critical part of this role.
- Alignment with both the SITA GEO Teams and the Business Units helps to ensure that strategy and execution meet requirements and lead to positive business outcomes.
- Develop and Implement Standards: Create and enforce standards, policies, and processes for the end-to-end life cycle management of one or more infrastructure services. Ensure these standards align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction for infrastructure services. Develop long-term plans that support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure that infrastructure services meet business requirements. Communicate effectively to align expectations and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE- At least 5+ yearsβ experience in leading teams and with a strong background and understanding of the sales cycle, business development and stakeholder management.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSStrong Communication skills
- The ability to communicate well across all parts and at all levels of the organisation. The majority of the communication will be with internal stakeholders but there will be some external and customer communication needed.

- The role involves strategic planning with our business stakeholders to set the direction for business growth and development initiatives.
Building Relationships and Stakeholder Management
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders is crucial to successful collaboration and to achieving positive business outcomes.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS- University degree or equivalent. Where applicable a recognised professional qualification is desirable.
