Senior Production Planning Manager is responsible for the effective management of the operational activities of the team for the ABU production center and daily cooperation with other supply chain related departments. Plans production centers, supports product transfers based on sales volumes. Adheres to the relevant regulations and standards of the RTX Group. Manages the work of subordinate employees, ensures their development and reports results.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain production planning processes effective run
- Supporting the Production Purchasing Manager by providing data on the execution of MRP Controller management plans
- Leading creation of logistics forecasts processes and supporting production team leaders to ensure optimal loading of individual lines
- Cooperating with the Customer Service unit and SIOP to achieve the highest level of consistency
- Secure Plant Inventory objectives are achieved
- Planning the resources necessary for the optimal functioning of the team
- Promoting and implementing continues improvement activities
Our Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position in manufacturing Supply Chain
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- University degree and excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Advanced English
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships
- Result-oriented, ability to make decisions independently, self-confidence and decisiveness in action
- Consistency and efficiency in carrying out assigned tasks, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
