Job overview and responsibilities
The Senior Program Manager - Information Techology will lead strategic alignment, governance, and execution excellence across a portfolio of technology and enterprise programs. Establish and enforce PMO standards to ensure robust delivery, manage risks, and optimize resources. Guide and mentor a team of project managers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive timely delivery of objectives within scope and budget to achieve business goals and enhance organizational performance.
- Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects or programs for On-Board Connectivity and Entertainment, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals
- Partner with senior leadership to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Establish and enforce project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the PMO.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate program status, and ensure expectations are managed effectively.
- Mentor and coach project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Align the tech delivery processes across portfolio.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), program milestones, and deliverables including key business and financial metrics.
QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer science, Business Administration, STEM or related field
- Experienced with both agile/scrum and waterfall
- 7+ years of experience in working on IT platforms/systems
- 5+ years experience in managing applications and infrastructure
- Expert knowledge of program/product management, business case development, business analysis, functional design, and application delivery methodology
Analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex challenges and make informed, timely decisions under pressure, combined with adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in deliverables
- Technical Skills: Program and Project Management: Expertise in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- PMO Standards and Governance: Strong ability to define and enforce project management best practices, frameworks, and tools
- Risk and Issue Management: Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks and challenges
- Resource Management: Ability to allocate and optimize resources across multiple projects
Financial Acumen: Budget creation, cost control, and financial forecasting skills
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Conflict Resolution: Skilled in navigating and resolving conflicts to maintain program momentum

The base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to $178,670.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
