Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Qatar NASAMS Program Manager.
The Senior Program Manager will lead the closeout of the NASAMS production program and capture of follow-on Long Term Sustainment proposal. They will be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the existing program.
This position is a full time, on site position based out of Andover, MA
What You Will Do
- Accountable for profit and loss and AOP implementation
- Lead the development of proposals for follow-on sustainment efforts
- Lead EAC process and related financial reporting responsibilities
- Execute baseline schedule, negotiating and executing change requirements
- Drive a cross-functional team with focus on program execution and capture of follow-on business
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with IPT leads and functional counterparts
- Ensure implementation of a robust Risk & Opportunity Management plan, including proactive schedule risk management, to ensure predictable program performance
- Travel, as needed, to support business engagements
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Experience supporting sustainment programs
- Experience with proposal and capture efforts
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Qualifications We Prefer
- Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience with risk and opportunity management
- Program management experience in all program lifecycle phases, including production and sustainment; ability to engage senior level customers as well as industry partners
- Understanding of NASAMS and related air defense systems
- Track record successfully leading international programs
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence the cross-functional production team, functional leaders, domestic and global supply chain, and internal program leaders to secure the resources necessary execute a profitable program

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
- This position is an on-site role, located in Andover, MA.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
