Tasks
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the engine repair station project, ensuring it meets timelines and budgetary constraints
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, change requests and resource allocation
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the project is delivered on time
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Facilitate project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and update project documentation
* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in engineering or construction projects required
- Minimum 5+ years professional experience in international business environment required
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Experience in leading negotiations is an advantage
- Advanced experience in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid Project Management methodologies
- Business fluent in English language required
- PMP or similar certification is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Willingness to work in Canada and aborad
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
