As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting the best professionals for airBaltic. In collaboration with hiring managers, youll implement effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process to support our growing operations.
We will entrust you to
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract the best professionals
Proactively source and engage with candidates through social media, networking, and direct outreach
Manage the entire recruitment process, from advertising job postings to making job offers
Strengthen employer branding initiatives by representing the company at career events and fostering partnerships with educational institutions
Collaborate with headhunting agencies to identify and attract top talent for technical maintenance roles
Collaborate with spaneting teams to optimize job advertising and enhance the impact of our career page
Analyze recruitment data to refine strategies, improve efficiency, and drive continuous hiring improvements
What you will need to succeedBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in Latvian and English
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical or engineering fields
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and experience working with an ATS
