The position will be located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
What the job is

A critical part of this mission is ensuring that they have the right materials at the right time to support seamless operations. The Provisioning Services department is central to this effort, providing fully integrated solutions that span the entire customer lifecycle - from the selection of spare parts to the sales and delivery of spares services. We collaborate closely with Satair and Airbus Customer Services to deliver unparalleled service, meeting our customers’ unique needs.
As a Service Manager, you will lead the creation and management of commercial offers for provisioning spares packages, playing a key role in shaping our product portfolio to meet evolving customer demands. You will work closely with the Satair Account Director to promote and quote provisioning spares packages, including the development of both standard and customized offerings.
In your role, you will take the lead in the creation of commercial offers, driving the development of business cases and commercial proposals in response to customer requests. This involves ensuring that our provisioning packages align with both technical and financial expectations. Additionally, you will oversee product management, where you&39;ll specify and manage dashboards that monitor operational and financial performance. You will also lead efforts for root cause analysis and play an integral role in supporting the AOP and forecast processes.
Operational excellence will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you work to drive continuous process improvement, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction through smarter, more efficient product offerings.
A customer-centric approach will be at the heart of your work, balancing strong customer relationships with a deep understanding of both operational and financial performance to ensure that the products we deliver are truly aligned with the evolving needs of our customers.
Travel days to be expected are 10 per year.
How you will contribute to the team
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our dynamic and international team. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in business administration and have over three years of professional experience.
A strong customer mindset is essential, and prior experience in Product Management and/or Customer Services is highly desirable. Candidates should have a solid understanding of spares and logistics processes, along with expertise in Airbus services.
The role requires strong analytical skills, particularly in spare parts planning, pricing, and provisioning, as well as proficiency in G Suite applications and the Skywise platform. Fluency in English at a negotiation level is a must, while an additional language would be an advantage.
We value strong interpersonal skills, as the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, eager to learn, and passionate about working in a customer-focused environment.
