Required Experience:
- 10 years’ current or previous experience in managing a multidiscipline work force required to perform major aircraft inspections/repair, organizational maintenance, aircrew flight operations and training to include but not limited to:
- Performed as a Site Manager/Supervisor/Lead providing all management and administrative functions necessary for the safe, efficient, effective operation of the site.
- While operating as a Site Manager/Supervisor/Lead was responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role, including administrative management and workforce development.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams in a high-demand, safety-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address complex operational challenges.
- Capable of notifying and coordinating daily with the Program and Operations Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of MH-60R/S systems and maintenance procedures.
- Exceptional working knowledge of NAMP (COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2), NALCOMIS/OOMA, and ASM.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Comon Access Card
- Active Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in developing and providing contractor availability and non-availability schedules to the COR to identify any gaps in qualifications during shifts.
- Prior experience supporting USN MH-60R/S Depot Maintenance operations.
- Familiar with OCONUS special requirements, specifically Rota NAS, Spain
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Position may involve prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk.
- Frequent walking to and around hangar areas may be required.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and manipulate 50lbs independently when needed.
- Ability to climb and stand on ladders when necessary.
- Must be able to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
- Position involves long periods of standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling on aircraft structure and around aircraft for maintenance functions.
- Position may require use and/or exposure to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents.
- Position is located near or in a high noise area within an aircraft hangar/flightline environment.
- FIT for Duty Physical is required.
- May require DOT and Respiratory Physicals.
