Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Performs as part of the Shop leadership team representing information technology.
Manages and coordinates all Digital Workspace technology.
Supports all printers, MFPs, on-site A/V and telecommunications equipment.
Manages and coordinates the deployment and support of shop floor PCs.
Provides on-site support for networking infrastructure.
Coordinates infrastructure work with applicable teams.
Participates in lean, cost savings & technology obsolescence projects.
Provides immediate response to cybersecurity threats.
Escalates DT issues that are affecting site production & provide on call support as necessary.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 3 years of professional experience, or Associates degree with minimum of 6 years of professional experience, or High School Diploma with minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
