As a Sr. Contracts Manager, you will be using your skills and expertise to administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate our standard and nonstandard contracts. Youll be responsible for examining estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Youll advise management of contractual rights and obligations and ensure our contracting activities provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment. You’ll stay informed about changes to relevant Federal and Commercial regulations, law, and compliance; work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives; interact internally and externally with executive level management; lead programs from pre-award through contract closeout.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of contracts professionals.
Manage assigned proposals and contracts.
Review contracts, propose changes, and facilitate discussions for mutual agreement with customers.
Advise relevant stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Serve as the primary point of contact for any contracts related matters for current and potential clients for assigned efforts and business units.
Develop close, professional interface with internal and external customers (technical, administrative and business) and become trusted partner.
Participate with internal customers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
Assist with Companys compliance and process improvement.
Ensure tasks are performed within Company stated guidelines and processes.
Provide required reporting and updates to Company stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Influential leader and a subject matter expert in many contracting topics.
10+ years of progressive contracts experience, which includes 4+ years of management experience.
Detailed understanding of FAR/DFARS and other Government contracting regulations.
Extensive experience with a variety of contract types including: CPFF, FFP, CPAF, T&M, CR, OTAs, CRADAs, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills/communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Masters degree in a related field of study. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) by NCMA.
Certified Negotiator (by a recognized organization, e.g. Scotwork).

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $165,010.21 - $226,889.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
