Airbus is looking for a Senior Group Manager – ERP CoE Platform in Digital to join the Bangalore, India location.
Senior Group Manager-ERP CoE Platform is part of the Digital function and is responsible for the day to day management of ERP CoE Platform, which is located within Digital Global In-house Center (GIC). Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams. We are customer oriented driving force in Enterprise architecture, IT Simplification, Operational Excellence, Sustainability, Security and Compliance
ERP CoE Platform Solution is a transversal organization acting as center of excellence for every topic related to SAP at Airbus: from infrastructure, basis, Data management, Integration, development to user experience activities, with high level technologies and functional architecture. Our team is answering business needs from the whole Airbus organization across the world, mainly Europe, and follows the last way of working such as agile-at-scale, with several squads working in parallel to deliver products in a user centric approach (customer satisfaction). Therefore, we are in contact with every Airbus domains using SAP as a digital backbone, from manufacturing to customer services, finance, procurement, etc.
As a Group Manager, you will be working with ERP teams to achieve the ambitious goal of digital transformation in the SAP context, specifically considering the SAP Platform technical skills, it is expected that you are passionate about delivery and service excellence, with a strong understanding and respect for Airbus values. You will establish team goals by fully understanding the business strategy and considering the organizational priorities, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same. You will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring coaching and leading the team in the right direction.
Primary responsibilities
Manage and lead the ERP CoE Platform within the respect of Airbus values
SAP Architecture experience for SAP Platforms
Accountable for the end to end Product/Application or service lifecycle from conception, design, industrialization, operations through retirement including management of dependencies
Responsible for Multi technical teams formation in order to manage the IT - Product / Aplication or Service Lifecycle
Identify opportunities and create a product or a service that satisfies the client/end user including Time, Quality and cost of the Platform
Leads the IT Product/Application or Service MFT team in order to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle, both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational SLA&39;s.
Responsible for Continuous Release Management.
Ensures the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use,and ensures solutions that best serves both.
Ensures that the known Product/Application or Service vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner.
Defines chargeback models for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services.
Defines and go-to-market of the product and service (line).
Accountable for all ERP CoE Platform deliveries, Operational Performance, cross Regions efficiency & Delivery along with compliance such as Security, Export Control etc.,
Lead the team using a performance management and development process with the right training program.
Coach, mentor, provide oversight and direction to the team accordance with the organization&39;s policies and procedures
Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization&39;s goal and objectives
Responsible to take business decisions in accordance with organization policies and procedures
Responsible for overall budget management,Overall Cost /budget Estimation and control by managing all aspects
Promote a high quality of end-user experience by considering latest SAP technologies to implement to answering the business needs
Managing coordination of the teams and working groups engaged globally in the different projects
Manage global communications and alignment with all stakeholders
Liaises with, and updates progress to, senior management
Help the team identify their appropriate career path & develop competencies of the Team and prepare for future competencies
Continuously look new opportunities within the frame of Global In-house Centre Technology Services Solutions
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Post Graduate with 19&43; years of experience in ERP domain. Experience in delivering SAP applications/projects with following criteria:
Expert level:
Leadership skills, Product Management & Project Management
Building prototypes quickly and ability to scale to minimum viable product
Business / affairs Management
Proven skills in build-in-quality
SAP Architecture experience for Platforms
Experience in building new teams
Defining technology roadmaps and delivery
Intermediate level:
Understanding of at least one SAP functional module process, preferably production or manufacturing
Ability to shift between domains and multi-skills experience is highly desirable.
Professional Networking skills.
Agile/ SAFe principle and Service Management best practices
Good to have:
Knowledge in Aerospace domain
Quality management System awareness is desirable
ITIL, PMP certification is highly desirable
