Description: You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for the ARRW Program team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontracts in support of US Dept of Defense prime contracts, ensuring supplier cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance meet program requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management Staff, you will be responsible for managing a set of subcontracts, leading team negotiations, and ensuring compliance with subcontract documentation. You will work closely with the program management team, customer, and government teams to achieve program goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing bid and proposal requests
• Analyzing and evaluating supplier proposals
• Leading team negotiations and developing pre-negotiation strategies
• Managing post-award subcontract functions, including cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Interfacing with program and functional management teams

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with subcontract management of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within the Defense Industry
• Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
• Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional Integrated Product Teams and/or Supplier Management Teams
• Proficient in Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
• Demonstrated Risk Management experience
• Leadership skills displaying attributes of Full Spectrum Leadership
• Experience with LM P2P (SAP buying system) and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policies (LMAP)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
