EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years’ program management experience
- Experience in the aerospace/aviation industry on the Boeing 737NG product line is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. MS Access experience is a plus.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools, lean manufacturing a plus
- Needs to be able to interface with customers and feel comfortable in a revenue generating environment
- Strong presentation skills

COMPENSATION:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,418 to $90,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
