JOB TITLE: Autoclave Operator Technician I - 2nd Shift

Summary:
Assist in the setup and operation of autoclaves to cure and bond metallic and non-metallic aircraft parts and assemblies
Select parts for simultaneous processing based on similar curing requirements and autoclave capacity
Position racks and tooling inside autoclaves for processing
Connect thermocouples and vacuum lines to tooling ports and fittings
Retrieve and prepare lay-up tools for bonding operations
Clean and store tooling after curing operations
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following FOD, 5S, and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year of related or autoclave operational experience
Basic computer literacy
Valid drivers license required (to obtain cart and forklift authorization)
Q-Stamp certification preferred; new hires must obtain Q-Stamp within 12 months
Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints
Basic operational knowledge of overhead cranes, forklifts, and tow equipment
Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures, math skills, and production documentation
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to work any shift
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
