Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced Customer Representative to be the interface between 
the Aircraft Manufacturer and the Customer (aircraft buyers/airlines). This role is ideal 
for a retired aviation quality inspector seeking flexible, part-time work. 

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate technical (airframe, engine, systems) and commercial (cabin 
equipment, aircraft delivery) aspects between partners. 
• Ensure quality, respond to customer inquiries, and detect/report discrepancies. 
• Maintain strong relationships with our client and customers. 
• Track aircraft construction progress and manage related documentation. 

Requirements: 

• Aeronautical or military training, with 5-10 years in the aeronautical field. 
• Fluent in technical English, with in-depth knowledge of aeronautical systems and 
technologies. 

Qualifications: 

• Familiar with internal/client processes and international relations. 
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various situations.
