Electromechanical Assembler – Contract

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and test drone components: PCBs, cable harnesses, modules
- Apply adhesives, route cables, and perform composite bonding
- Read schematics, follow SOPs, and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to troubleshoot and improve
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with PCBA, soldering, and mechanical tools
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to interpret blueprints and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience with potting, torque tools, and cable routing

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
