We are currently hiring entry-level positions across several departments, including:

• Assembly & Manufacturing
• Quality Inspection
• Trim Operations
• Material Handling
• Planning & Logistics

General Responsibilities

Depending on the role and department, responsibilities may include:

• Assembling aircraft interior components per engineering specifications
• Performing inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
• Operating hand tools, trim equipment, and measuring devices
• Documenting materials and processes for traceability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
• Safely handling regulated materials and adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• No prior experience required – entry-level training provided
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace is a plus but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
