What you’ll do:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll
- Investigate processes and procedures and identifying gaps
- Work with production team and relevant stake holders to get buy in with changes
- Stand up new capabilities for newly acquired business opportunities
- Improve processes to enhance cost-efficiency, quality, speed, agility, and consistency
- Own improvement projects through all phases, including conceptualization, planning, design, manufacturing, in-house testing, documentation, and ongoing support with oversight from engineering manager
- Conduct root cause analysis on process failures and implement corrective actions
- Modify existing work control documents and processes
What Skills you will use:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of professional related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years or more experience working in a manufacturing facility
- Experience in Aerospace or Aviation environment
- Demonstrated ownership and attention to detail in project execution as well as initiative and self-motivation for learning and progressing projects to completion
- Understand process of root cause analysis on process failures and implement corrective actions
- Successful management of projects and processes involving multiple manufacturing areas or plants

Salary Range:
$86,394 – 129,030 per year
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, StandardAero considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
