Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 (three) years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- U.S. Person status per ITAR requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerostructures (composites, polymers, and/or composites).
- Strong continuous improvement mindset and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently across diverse manufacturing environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and sound judgment.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
