Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of aerospace components.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation, including standard work instructions and process flow diagrams.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and transition from prototype to production.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment)

The base pay range for this position is $75,500.00 - 94,300.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 7/28/2025.
