Position Summary
Job Profile Summary
- Performs various manufacturing processes including but not limited to patch, demold, winder operation and inspection functions within the TT Strap room to ensure components are produced to required quality standards at expected production levels.
This position will work a split shift between first and second shift and will have a work schedule of 11 am - 7 pm.
Job Responsibilities
- Follows all manufacturing instructions and print requirements for the production of components in TT Strap
- Completes necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure quality conformance and the proper movement and control of product
- Completes all quality related inspection requirements
- Ensures all equipment and materials used to perform job functions are compliant to procedures
- Suggest and participate in the implementation of process improvements and scrap reduction activities
- Performs all required preventative maintenance activities
- Actively participates in LEAN projects and activities
- Adheres to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Responsible for the proper storage and disposition of hazardous waste
- Other assignments as required

- Must be dependable and available to work overtime when required
- Understands and demonstrates comprehension of drawings, blueprints and Manufacturing Work Instructions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Self-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision
- Ability to carry/ lift up to 35 lbs. (50 of the time). Must have the ability to stand, kneel, squat, stoop, use fingers and hands to feel, lift or handle tools, parts and equipment.
Work Experience
Required
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar work environment required; 2 + years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment preferred
Education
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
