2nd shift HDF Operator - SCI

Job Description:

Constructs aircraft structure parts by laying-up resin infused carbon fiber in a sequence prior to processing in an autoclave as described on engineering drawings and company specifications.

Job Requirements:

\tAdheres to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders
\tDocuments the materials used in the process to maintain traceability including out times of cold stored materials.
\tBuilds structural components via vacuum bagging using resin systems with carbon fiber reinforcements,
\tProperly identifies and communicate defects in tooling.
\tMeet takt times while maintaining specified level of quality
\tSafely handles various regulated materials used in the process.
