Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Stratégie Pays (h/f) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d’Airbus sur son site de Blagnac (Toulouse).

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 30 personnes au sein de la direction de la Stratégie du Groupe Airbus.

Cet apprentissage consistera à: supporter les stratégies Pays pour le Groupe Airbus, en co-lead avec la direction Internationale.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2025 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 an (s). 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Participation aux réunions stratégiques avec les représentants des différentes divisions et fonctions du Groupe Airbus.
  Rédaction des comptes rendus et synthèse des discussions clés.

• Suivi des actions : identification, suivi et coordination des tâches à accomplir.

• Création de supports de présentation : préparation de slides de restitution et de synthèse.

• Assistance à la Direction Générale dans la préparation de documents stratégiques.

      Note: tous les meetings et documents sont en anglais.

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;4/5 dans le domaine Commercial/Gestion et Sciences Politiques pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 ou 2 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Solide compréhension des enjeux internationaux : politiques, économiques et liés à la défense.

• Esprit d’analyse affûté et excellente capacité de synthèse pour traiter des sujets complexes.

• Forte appétence pour l’aéronautique et la défense

• Une expérience internationale est un atout

• Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, PowerPoint et leurs équivalents Google)

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice in country strategies (M/F)&34; has just opened within Airbus on Blagnac (Toulouse) site. You will join the Group Strategy department.

This apprenticeship will consist in: supporting the Airbus Group country strategies, in co-lead with the International Directorate.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2025 and will last 1 or 2 year(s). 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Participation in strategic meetings with representatives from various Airbus Group divisions and functions.

• Drafting meeting minutes and summarizing key discussions.

• Action tracking: identifying, monitoring, and coordinating tasks to be completed.

• Creation of presentation materials: preparing summary and debrief slides.

• Support to General Management in the preparation of strategic documents.

      Nota: All meetings and documents are in English.

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 4/5 level training in the field of business/management and political sciences or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

Good understanding of international political, economical and defence challenges

• Strong understanding of international issues, including political, economic, and defense-related matters.

• Sharp analytical mindset and excellent synthesis skills to handle complex topics.

• Strong interest in aerospace and defense.

• International experience is a plus.

• Excellent proficiency in office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and their Google equivalents).

Language skills: 

• English: negotiation

• French: fluent

Our selection process:

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
