The Strategy Associate will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Will assist in tracking / proactive management of strategic proposals, business cases, and program performance
• Aide in assessing emerging technologies and conducting competitive intelligence assessments, particularly with regards to disruptors or new entrants in our core markets
• Manage and coordinate strategic projects from inception to completion
• Assist Missile Solutions (MS) / Space Propulsion and Power Systems (SPPS) business development teams and support the annual JSP process
• Collaborate with colleagues across all functions to gather information, understand business needs, and align strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with a track record of executing strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage at the executive level
