SkyWatch is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Aviation Insurance Broker to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role focused on driving strategic growth, expanding our reach within the aviation insurance ecosystem, and forging meaningful industry partnerships.

What you’ll do
- Identify and establish new distribution channels through your existing industry relationships.
- Drive growth by reaching untapped customer segments across the aviation ecosystem.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership and product teams, sharing market insights to help shape offerings.
- Represent SkyWatch in industry associations, events, and client conversations.
- Drive business development efforts, focusing on new client acquisition and ecosystem expansion.
