Concept demo air vehicles include both clean-sheet and existing air vehicle modifications. In addition, the RP organization is responsible for fabrication of risk reduction test articles in support of concept demo air vehicle development. This position will be working on the recently awarded Speed and Runway Independent Technologies (SPRINT) X-plane Demonstrator project.

  • Develop/deploy effective programmatic metrics and supporting data to assess partner build status
  • Coordinate all logistics and specialty transportation required for partner site project execution
  • Execute long lead material identification, acquisition and delivery to support SPRINT program schedule
  • Manage partner traveled work packages to maintain part pedigree and ensure QA traceability
  • Define and oversee development of final assembly planning/documentation approaches to maintain adequate configuration control of completed aircraft
