Building Servicer
Labor Grade 83
The 3rd shift , Sunday-Thursday , 11:30pm-7:00am
Position Reports to: Kirk Gagnon
What You Will Do
Typical tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Cleaning of bathrooms, office areas and public areas.
Scheduled routine cleaning and use of SAP
Recycle and waste route coverage
Clean up oil and water spills
Small Painting and organization Projects
Knowledge on waxing and polishing floors
Order necessary materials (Use of Bruckner crib system)
Apply the principals of industrial safety
Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Must be flexible around shifts for coverage and training, including overtime
Must be able to obtain an Industrial Vehicle license to perform related job duties
Must be able to occasionally work from heights of 20 feet or more
Existing eligible and qualified North Berwick site employees will be given primary consideration for this position
Must be able to read, write and speak English

High School or GED

What is my role type?

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
