As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Compliance Auditor to join our team and help ensure our flight operations continue to meet regulatory requirements and exceed expectations.
Experience from Ground or Technical Operations is beneficial. Working with Safety and Compliance as a part of our Compliance department you will travel to our destinations and have the possibility to get to know external contractors.
The position is located at our Fornebu Office, and reports to Director Compliance.
The position is 100, but part time can be considered for the right candidate.

You are our ideal candidate if:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Aviation / Business desirable
- At least 3 years of experience within
- Flight Operation Management, or
- Aviation Authorities, or
- Training Organizations (ATO)
- Experience as Airline Pilot, Flight Operation, Training and ATO is preferrable.
- Strong knowledge of EASA regulations and aviation compliance standards.
- Previous experience in flight operations, auditing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for safety.
- Ability to analyse data and provide clear, actionable insights.
- You have thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English both spoken and in writing
- Scandinavian language is an advantage
- You have no Criminal Records
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Conduct audits and inspections of flight operations to ensure compliance with EASA and other relevant regulations.
- Review procedures and processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Prepare audit reports and analyse root-cause and corrective action plan proposals based on your findings.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
