Airbus is looking for a &34;Compliance Investigator (m/f)&34; to join the E&C Risks, Investigations & Voluntary Disclosures team based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:Conduct thorough investigations of compliance allegations received through various internal and external reporting channels including preservation of data, investigation planning, conducting of interviews, root cause analysis and issuance of recommendations
Work with other Divisions and Regions to ensure adherence of the Airbus internal investigation practice
Support in developing and deploying best practices in the conduct of internal investigations, especially through training or awareness sessions within the E&C function and beyond
Present to internal and external stakeholders on specific investigations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (such as Divisional/Regional teams, Corporate Audit, Finance, Security, HR) and relevant experts
Manage outside legal counsel and forensic experts
And more generally, execute such other tasks related to compliance investigations as are delegated from time to time.
Your Boarding Pass:7 to 8 years of experience advising on compliance and anti-corruption matters, ideally through a mix of law firm and in-house roles
Academic background in business law (or equivalent)
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Strong organizational and communication skills, involving others appropriately in consultations and decisions
Excellent writing skills required to write and edit reports and memorandums
Strong relationship building and networking capacity
High degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust
Negotiation level in English
Knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus
