Airbus is looking for a &34;Compliance Investigator (m/f)&34; to join the E&C Risks, Investigations & Voluntary Disclosures team based in Toulouse, France.

• Conduct thorough investigations of compliance allegations received through various internal and external reporting channels including preservation of data, investigation planning, conducting of interviews, root cause analysis and issuance of recommendations

• Work with other Divisions and Regions to ensure adherence of the Airbus internal investigation practice

• Support in developing and deploying best practices in the conduct of internal investigations, especially through training or awareness sessions within the E&C function and beyond

• Present to internal and external stakeholders on specific investigations

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (such as Divisional/Regional teams, Corporate Audit, Finance, Security, HR) and relevant experts

• Manage outside legal counsel and forensic experts

• And more generally, execute such other tasks related to compliance investigations as are delegated from time to time.

• 7 to 8 years of experience advising on compliance and anti-corruption matters, ideally through a mix of law firm and in-house roles

• Academic background in business law (or equivalent)

• Excellent leadership and project management skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills, involving others appropriately in consultations and decisions

• Excellent writing skills required to write and edit reports and memorandums

• Strong relationship building and networking capacity

• High degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust

• Negotiation level in English

• Knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus
