Location: Hybrid remote working with up to 3 days a week in our Pobl House Office in Llansamlet, Swansea after successful completion of 7 weeks in person training

As a Customer Centre Advisor, you’ll be the travel expert who turns customer dreams into unforgettable adventures. - Take inbound calls from new customers, assist with flight bookings, answer queries, and support our frequent flyers. You’ll need excellent communication skills and active listening to ensure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and welcoming.
- Deliver service that’s engaging, and unforgettable. Strong empathy, product knowledge, and the ability to personalise interactions are key here.
- Every interaction counts, so your attention to detail and accuracy in data entry are essential to ensure customers have everything they need upfront, reducing the need for follow-up contacts.
As a Customer Advisor based in Swansea, you’ll be part of a team that supports Virgin Atlantic customers from every corner of the globe. We’re here 24/7, 365 days a year, so flexibility is key!
