The purpose of this role is to secure alignment and priorities with business colleagues, setting the service vision, managing the team backlog, representing the team in common forums for alignment and follow up on team KPIs. You will be working in a cross functional development team which is continuously improving SAS digital services by creating innovative and cost-effective solutions taking data driven decisions and improving agile ways of working.
 

•    Backlog management for a specific value area balancing minor development, quality improvements, large initiatives and support
•    Build and maintain close working relationship with business stakeholder to understand the what and the why of the business requirements, lead discovery sessions where needed in order to set up stories in your backlog and to find solutions that bring value to our customers and our business
•    Contribute to data drive decision making, innovation, continuous improvements in our solutions and agile ways of working in your everyday work
•    Analyze and measure results of new releases
•    Ensure alignment and joint priorities with other development teams within your value stream and with the DSO skill hub
•    Keep up-to-date on digital trends, solutions and competitor development
 

•     Overall responsible for all IT-services and business applications within the area
•     Responsible for all running costs and budgets relating to the application portfolio
•     Responsible for all external IT-contracts and agreements
•     Responsible for daily IT-services, delivery, and service delivery levels
•     SPOC for all business change requests and development demands
•     Responsible for IT-development and tactical changes
•    Responsible to continuously keep up to date with the functionality of included applications in the area and their use in the operation.
•     Responsible for collaboration and relations with Business Owners, Process owners, Project owners, Project leaders as well as internal collaboration and relations with other parts of IT and SAS.
•     Responsible for collaboration and relations with external IT service providers and IT vendors and coordination between internal stakeholders, and IT-vendors.
•     To set team vision, liase with business stakeholders, prioritize team backlog, decide on MVPs and further development.
•     Follow up on team KPIs and results driven by digital development
•     Responsible for cost run rate and throughput follow up of the team.
•     Develop and drive an agile, team-based delivery model.

To Be Successful, We Believe You Should Have

•    Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
•    Qualified in Loadcontrol, Weight & Balance in current or previous position
•    Job experience from Loadcontrol 
•    Broad experience from Airline industry and/or Ground handling 
•    The position includes being System Specialist for the Amadeus Altea Suite Loadcontrol applications
•    Management of business requirements and user stories in a development backlog
•     Analytical skills to support decision making
•     Deep understanding of agile ways of working
•     Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language
•     Broad Airline industry knowledge, specifically the business area “Airport”
•    Ability to communicate and collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT providers
•    Ability to analyze problems and issues and come up with working solutions
•    Strong ownership and sense of purpose
•    Strive for continuous improvement and adaptation of services

The position is Safety classified and candidate must go through background check and Register check by the Swedish Security Service
