Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Digital Guest Experience Coordinator (internally known as BLUE Guide Digital Guest Experience) who is responsible for guest experience and app content management. Youll be the driving force behind our hotels omni-channel communications, crafting engaging content while delivering exceptional pre-arrival and in-hotel guest service.

This role is located at TUI BLUE Scheherazade, Sousse, Tunisia. You are required to already have the right to live and work in Tunisia before applying for this role.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Youll manage content across all digital communication channels including our app, hotel social media, digital signage and review platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.
• Working as part of the BLUE Guide team, youll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to all in-house guests, reporting directly to the TUI BLUE Experience Manager.
• Youll develop and coordinate engaging web and social media content that supports our brands spaneting and communication strategy, maintaining close collaboration with the central spaneting department at TUI Head Office.
• As our hotels App ambassador, youll champion its features and provide support to both guests and colleagues with any app-related questions.
• Youll enable relevant hotel teams to work effectively with app-connected booking features, which includes setting up bookable facilities and delivering comprehensive training.
• To ensure an excellent guest experience, youll take the lead in reporting technical issues and identifying potential improvements to our central development teams.

ABOUT YOU

• You have experience in media, social media, online spaneting, apps and digital content creation tools.
• Youre fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You bring enthusiasm for digital communication and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• You possess knowledge of photo and video editing software to create compelling visual content.
• You demonstrate creativity and flair for developing appealing presentations and content for international audiences.
• You have experience in online spaneting, advertising, and public relations to effectively promote our digital offerings.
• You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
